By accessing, registering for, or using the Services, you (“User,” “you”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

1. Scope of Users

These Terms apply to all categories of Users, including but not limited to:

Learners / Students (individuals enrolled in courses or training programs).
Trainers / Instructors / Consultants (individuals delivering educational or advisory services through BHSSYEN).
Recruiters / Employers (entities or individuals seeking candidates via the platform).
Applicants / Candidates (individuals applying for roles, internships, or opportunities).
Visitors / End Users (general users browsing or accessing the Services).

2. Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction.
By using the Services, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
For minors, access may only be permitted with verified parental or guardian consent.

3. Account Registration

Certain Services require registration and creation of an account.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to keep it updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and login credentials.
Any activity conducted under your account will be deemed to be authorized by you.

4. Permitted Use of Services

5. Prohibited Activities

Users shall not:

Use the Services for fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful activities.
Upload, transmit, or distribute viruses, malware, or harmful code.
Infringe intellectual property rights of BHSSYEN or third parties.
Share false, defamatory, discriminatory, or harmful content.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts.
Misuse the Services for spam, harassment, or exploitation of others.

Violation may result in account suspension, termination, or legal action.

6. Copyright & Intellectual Property Rights

All contents, materials, text, graphics, images, software, trademarks, logos, course materials, other information and documentation provided through the Services are the exclusive property of BHSSYEN or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal or professional purposes consistent with these Terms.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.
Except as expressly permitted under a written license or authorization from BHSSYEN, no material from this Site may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, modified, distributed, or otherwise exploited in any form or by any means, whether electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording, or otherwise. All rights not expressly granted are hereby reserved.
Any unauthorized use of materials from this Site constitutes a violation of intellectual property laws and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability under applicable law.
BHSSYEN reserves the right to monitor access to the Site and take appropriate legal action against any unauthorized use or infringement.

7. Payments & Transactions

Payments for courses, services, or recruitment offerings must be made through authorized payment processors.
BHSSYEN does not store sensitive payment data (e.g., full credit card or banking details).
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with the applicable refund policy communicated at the time of purchase.

8. User-Generated Content

Users may contribute posts, reviews, comments, submissions, resumes, or course-related content (“User Content”).
By submitting User Content, you grant BHSSYEN a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with the Services.
You are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of your User Content.

9. Data Protection & Privacy

The collection and processing of personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy, which complies with GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable laws.
By using the Services, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

10. Third-Party Services

BHSSYEN is not responsible for the availability, security, or practices of third-party services.

11. Termination & Suspension

BHSSYEN reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate User accounts at its sole discretion if Terms are violated.
Users may close their account at any time by contacting support.

12. Disclaimers

Our Services are not intended for individuals under the age of eighteen (18). We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If such data is identified, it will be deleted promptly.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

BHSSYEN shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
Total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid by the User to BHSSYEN for Services in the preceding 12 months.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BHSSYEN, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

Your use of the Services.
Your violation of these Terms.
Your infringement of third-party rights.

15. Compliance with Laws

Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the Services complies with applicable local, national, and international laws, including data protection, labor, and intellectual property laws.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Govt of India.
Any disputes shall first be attempted through amicable negotiation.
Failing which, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration or courts in the chosen jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

17. Modifications to Terms

BHSSYEN reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be effective upon posting, with notice provided where required by law. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
